Ordering can be done in the Schepers Racing Service shop or by e-mail ([email protected]). Upon confirmation by the customer of the selected products, Schepers Racing Service commits to the proposed prices.

Exchanges and returns

You can always exchange or return your ordered items.

Step-by-step plan for exchanges and returns:

If you want to exchange or return an item? Then we ask you to follow the following steps so we can process your return as correctly as possible.

Notify us that you want to return an item.
You will receive an email confirming your request.
After receipt of your shipment, Schepers Racing Service will send a confirmation of receipt via e-mail.
We will exchange the article (if in stock) or refund the purchase price within 14 working days, depending on your wish.

However, some conditions apply:

- Contact Schepers Racing Service within 14 days of receipt.

- The product must be unused or damaged; and show no signs of use.

- You return the item at your own expense.

- The return amount will be refunded to the bank account you specified within 14 business days.

- The costs for return shipments are for your own account unless the product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own.

Schepers Racing Service is not responsible for lost shipments or damage during return transportation. Always make sure the package is well packed.

If after contacting Schepers Racing Service it appears that you can return the package, please frank it sufficiently.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do now?
When you can already see damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the product and ask the delivery person to report this immediately.

If you have already accepted the package and find out later that the packaging is damaged, check whether there is any damage to any of the products. Should this be the case, please contact Schepers Racing Service as soon as possible after you have found this out via the contact page. We will let you know as soon as possible if we can replace the product or if it needs to be solved in another way.
